Shipping Policy

At ValleyVintner, we work hard to get your winemaking supplies to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We ship throughout the United States via [UPS/FedEx/USPS — fill in your carriers]. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: Next business day

Local Pickup Prefer to pick up in person? We offer free local pickup at our Northern California location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll have your order ready within 1 business day. You'll receive an email when it's ready.

Fragile Items Some items — such as wine bottles and glassware — are available for local pickup only due to the risk of breakage during shipping. This is clearly noted on each product page.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime from your account page.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days and we'll resolve it immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. Stay tuned as we expand to additional markets.
