Sufficient to clarify one 5-6 gallon carboy. Uses Kiesosol and Chitosan (a shellfish derivative) to clarify the wine.

2-STAGE EURO-Finings for Wine or Beer!

  1. Directions: Add Kieselsol first (Packet D1) to carboy ( 5-6 U.S. Gallon 19-23L ) of wine/beer.  Stir in gently.
  2. Wait 1 hour!
  3. Dissolve Chitosan (Packet D2) in 1oz (30ml's) of warm water.
  4. Add to carboy of wine/beer, stir in gently.
  5. Attach airlock.

Clears wine/beer in 12-48 hours.

May not clear wine with pectin hazes.

Contains:  Sterile water, Kieselsol, Chitosan (Chitosan is aShellfish Derivative) !
