• Positive interaction between strains means a more dependable fermentation together with increased aromatic intensity, color intensity and length of finish.

Also good for cider.

• Temperature range of fermentation: 16°C to 28°C
• Moderate fermentation speed
• Alcohol tolerance: 16%
