Description
Fine granular sodium bentonite with an average dry particle size ranging between 20 and 70 mesh. Superior adsorption and clarifying characteristics.  Bentonite attracts positively charged particals to help settle out protiens that can lead to cloudiness in the bottle. 

Properties
- Large surface area efficiently removes suspended colloidal particles. This high-purity bentonite has a high montmorillonite content
- Used for the clarification of wine, juice and cider
- Exhibits rapid cold-water dispersion and contains low grit. Krystal Klear KWK prevents cloudiness while removing heat-sensitive proteins.

Dosage

1  - 2 grams per gallon or as needed.  Bench trials are recommended to determine the appropriate additions.

Disolve in hot or cold water before adding.  Stir vigourously and allow 1-2 weeks to percipitate out of solution.  Rack off sediment before bottling.
