Effervescent Potassium Metabisulfite. Packet net weight is 12.5 grams.
Provides 5 grams of pure S02. 75% Potassium metabisulphite, 25% Potassium Bicarbonate.
The 12 gram packet (with 5grams of S02) will add approximately 18ppm S02 to a 225 liter barrel (don't use this for carboys).
These effervescent granules aid in mixing to help assure complete integration and protection of your vintage.
